    From beginning to end, Chantal was amazing and held my hand every step of the way and most importantly Nelson arrived safely in New York.

    All paperwork, logistics, crate , doggy hotel etc handled beyond our expectations . First class service – thank you

    I really loved my experience with Flying Dutch Pets. Communication was timely and I was well informed about the transportation of my kitten and all the logistics involved and compliance requirements from Netherlands to Kenya. My kitty was well taken care of at the overnight stay in the cat hotel and I definitely had peace of mind. Thank you Chantal for sharing pics of my kitty as that was very reassuring.
    I would definitely recommend them. 10/10 and 5 star service. Thank you!!

    Heeeeel goede ervaring met Flying Dutch Pets!! Vanwege remigratie het team ingeschakeld voor hulp met het overbrengen van onze hond. Communicatie verliep erg soepel en vriendelijk, ze zijn altijd beschikbaar als het nodig is. Aankomst super afgehandeld, en zo blij om onze hond blij, in goede gezonde conditie terug te zien na een vlucht van 12 uur 🙂 Wij raden Flying Dutch Pets iedereen aan die zijn of haar geliefde diertje van A naar B wil laten komen!!

    We had some delays on our dog Oliver’s delivery in Amsterdam and Chantal was amazing, always keeping us posted and letting us know the status of everything. She took him for a walk, let him stretch his tiny legs before bringing him home. Even though we have never met before I could see how much she loved animals and her job and that gave me a lot of peace during the process. Oliver’s documents also got lost during the trip and Chantal handled the situation for us, sending everything by post in a couple of days. I super recommend Flying Dutch Pets, I had an amazing experience 🙂
